Fourth One day ENS Awareness Webinar for Ludhiana, Punjab

ENS Cell Punjab in support with PEDA, BEE, and GIZ organised the 4^th webinar on EcoNiwas Samhita Awareness on 24th April 2020 for various stakeholders of Ludhiana region.

The programme commenced with an introduction speech from Director - Bureau of Energy Efficiency and representatives from GIZ who spoke about importance of energy efficiency, policies for implementation and the activities of BEE for energy efficiency in residential buildings.

The technical session was divided into two parts where the first session involved discussion of EcoNiwas Samhita 2018, its specifications, significance and compliance.The Residential building labelling programme was explained in detail in the second session followed by Q&A.Participants for the webinar included architects, consultants, builders, government officials from various departments and other professionals related to building industry.A Total Number of 61 individuals participated from the aforementioned sectors in the webinar.
